Story mode
You control one shinobi. The AI plays your squad, the mission desk, the proctors and every enemy, and it tracks what a fight costs you: chakra spent, injuries taken, which jutsu the enemy has now seen you use.
Texting mode
Drop the narration and just text someone: a teammate the night before the finals, or a sensei who knows you are lying about being ready.

Q01Can I roleplay with Naruto characters like Kakashi or Itachi?
Yes. In a canon world the AI already knows what is established about them. In story mode they show up in scenes as the narrator plays them; in texting mode you can give one of them their own thread.
Q02Do I have to follow the Naruto storyline?
No. There is no script and no intended path. Start at a canon moment, make a different call, and the memory system keeps your branch consistent instead of snapping back to the manga.
Q03Can I make my own jutsu, clan or village?
Yes. Describe it once and it becomes locked backstory. The AI treats it as canon for your story from then on, and it still holds two hundred messages later.
