Who I Am

CollideAI is run by a single individual. I collect and use only the minimum information needed to operate and improve this chatbot.

What I Collect

  • Chat messages you send, so the AI can respond and maintain conversation context.
  • Account or contact details (like email) needed for login, support, and service communication.
  • Billing info such as your subscription plan, billing email, and limited payment method details provided by Google Play (e.g., transaction ID, card type, last four digits). Full payment details are handled by Google Play, not stored by me.
  • Basic technical logs (IP address, device/OS info, request timestamps) from hosting and security tools to keep the service running smoothly.

How I Use It

  • Operate the chatbot and remember conversation context.
  • Monitor reliability, fix bugs, and prevent abuse.
  • Respond to support requests you send.
  • Process subscriptions and payments through third-party processors.

Subscriptions & Payments

Payments are processed through Google Play Billing. Google receives the payment information you submit and may share limited details back (like transaction IDs and card type) so I can confirm payment status, prevent fraud, and provide support.

What I Don't Do

I do not sell your data, run ads, or share it with marketers. Data is shared only with vendors needed to run the service (hosting, AI model provider, authentication, payments) and only for that purpose.

Retention & Control

Chat history is kept while your account exists so features like memory work. Technical logs rotate periodically. You can request export or deletion of your data, and you can delete your account to remove stored chat content. Payment and billing records may be kept as required for accounting, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.
