CollideAI is built and operated by one person. These terms keep things clear and simple for using the chatbot service.
By using CollideAI, you agree to:
You own the messages and creative content you provide. You give me permission to process and store that content so the chatbot can function (including memory features) and to keep the service secure. You are responsible for what you submit.
Responses are generated by AI and may be inaccurate or unexpected. Use your own judgment and discretion when relying on AI-generated content.
I aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uptime. Features may change, and the service may pause or stop at any time.
Parts of the service may require a paid subscription. Prices and plan details are shown in the Google Play Store checkout flow and may change; I will provide notice of material changes.
Payments are handled through Google Play. By subscribing, you authorize Google Play to charge you on a recurring basis until you cancel through your Google Play account before the next billing period. Refunds are governed by Google Play's policies and applicable law.
If a payment fails or a subscription is canceled, access to paid features may stop at the end of the current billing period per Google Play's terms.
You can delete your account whenever you like. I may suspend or terminate access if the service is misused or these terms are violated.
CollideAI is provided "as is." To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.
I may update these terms. If you keep using the service after changes, you accept the updated terms.
