Terms of Service

Last updated: August 14, 2026

Who's Behind CollideAI

CollideAI is built and operated by one person. These terms are the agreement between you and me for using the service.

Using the Service

By using CollideAI, you agree to:

  • Be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age where you live if that is higher.
  • Use the service only for lawful purposes.
  • Not attempt to disrupt, abuse, or misuse the service or other users.
  • Not try to get around usage limits, billing, or any safety measure.

Mature Content

CollideAI is an open-ended roleplay service. Depending on what you write, the AI can produce content intended for adults, including sexually explicit writing and images. If that is not what you want, you can turn AI images off in settings and steer the story elsewhere, but you should not use the service if you do not want to encounter adult content at all.

Every character in CollideAI is treated as an adult. The service will not depict any character as a minor.

What You May Not Do

Some things are off limits regardless of context, and doing any of them will end your access immediately:

  • Any sexual content involving minors, or any attempt to make a character read as a minor in a sexual context. This is an absolute limit and there is no roleplay framing that makes it acceptable.
  • Sexual or intimate content depicting a real, identifiable person without their consent.
  • Using the service to harass, threaten, defame, impersonate, or stalk a real person.
  • Generating content that is illegal where you are, or that is intended to plan or carry out a crime.
  • Reselling, redistributing, or automating access to the service without my written permission.

Your Content

You own the messages, characters and scenarios you write. You give me permission to store and process them, and to send them to the AI providers listed in the Privacy Policy, so that the service can function and remember your story. That permission exists only to run CollideAI for you. I do not use your content to train AI models.

You are responsible for what you submit, including making sure you have the right to use anything you upload or describe.

AI Output

Replies and images are generated by AI. They may be inaccurate, inconsistent, or not what you expected, and two identical requests will not produce identical results. Use your own judgment before relying on anything the AI writes. Nothing it produces is advice of any kind.

As between you and me, whatever the AI generates in your account is yours to use. I make no claim of ownership over it, and I cannot promise it is unique: the same models serve other people, and similar prompts produce similar results. Copyright in AI output is unsettled in many countries and you may not be able to own or register it.

Real People and Existing Works

CollideAI lets you write characters based on people and on characters from existing books, games, films and shows, and the autofill feature will look them up for you. Doing so is your choice and your responsibility. Content you create this way is for your own private use in the app. Publishing or distributing it may infringe someone's copyright, trademark, or their rights over their own name and likeness, and I take no responsibility for that. Rights holders can contact me at the address above and I will respond to valid requests.

Credits, Plans and Billing

Use of the service is metered in daily credits. Sending a message costs credits, and generating an image costs more, because images are the most expensive thing the service produces. Your allowance resets each day. Free and paid plans have different allowances, and the current numbers are shown in the app. I may adjust credit costs and allowances as running costs change, with notice in the app before a reduction takes effect.

Prices and plan details are shown in the Google Play checkout flow. Payments are handled by Google Play. By subscribing you authorize Google Play to charge you on a recurring basis until you cancel through your Google Play account before the next billing period.

Refunds are governed by Google Play's policies and by applicable law. If a payment fails or a subscription is cancelled, access to paid features stops at the end of the current billing period.

Cancelling a subscription is done in Google Play, not in CollideAI. Deleting your CollideAI account does not cancel it, so cancel first.

Availability and Updates

I aim to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uptime. Features may change or be withdrawn, and the service may pause or stop at any time. The app updates itself over the air, so it can receive changes without going through the Google Play update flow. Continuing to use the app means you accept those updates.

Accounts and Termination

You can delete your account at any time from the app's settings. Deletion is permanent and removes your chats, characters, scenarios and generated images, as described in the Privacy Policy. Cancel any paid subscription in Google Play before you delete.

I may suspend or terminate access if these terms are broken, if the service is misused, or if I am required to. Where it is reasonable to do so I will tell you why.

Limitation of Liability

CollideAI is provided "as is" and without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, I am not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service, or for lost data or lost content. Where liability cannot be excluded, it is limited to what you paid me in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under the law where you live.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Egypt, and disputes will be heard by the courts of Cairo, Egypt. If you are a consumer, this does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory laws of the country you live in.

Changes

I may update these terms. The date at the top always reflects the current version, and I will give notice in the app before a significant change takes effect. If you keep using the service after that, you accept the updated terms.
